1. ProfessionalUser, Analyzer User & Analyzer Capacity User
Uses for new customers Qlik no longer the token model. The new licensing model for Qlik Sense includes Professional, Analyzer & Analyzer Capacity Users or CPU cores. The license information is part of the documentation for Qlik Sense and control the use of the software. You could consider the professional license as a replacement for the tokens. Where the user does everything with Qlik Sense can be done as before. Qlik now also offers an Analyzer license where the emphasis is on analysis and not on customizing the dashboards. Professional and Analyzer Users receive user licenses and the features described below are included.
What is included in Analyzer and what is not?

- Story Telling - Create your own stories and share data
- Creation of Bookmarks - User and Developer
- Standard GUI functions: responsiveness, object magnification, search, filter, drill down, selection, pivot, sort, exploration menu
- Access to Hub
- Access to Extranet
- Authentication for mobile devices
- Use of QlikConnectors, DataMarket, Essentials, GEOAnalytics Mapping
Not included
- ODAG (On Demand Application Generation)
- Session application
- Editing of existing apps
- Update, upload or modification of data
- Management of field changes related to the Sense app
- Creation / publication of new apps including data modeling
- Publication / creation of new sheets
- Authentication for desktop
Professional User Subscription
- Full developer, administrator and user license
- Provides access to all functions of Qlik Sense.
- All the functions of the Analyzer User, such as: Qlik Create Sense applications and worksheets, access My work, authentication for mobile and desktop
- Access to GeoAnalytics Base, Qlik Web Connectors and Qlik DataMarket Essentials
- Professional Users are not available for external use by third parties
- Access to one testing and development site for the subscription period
Analyzer User Subscription
- View applications, create bookmarks, create and publish stories, print objects / stories and sheets, export data from an object to Excel or PDF and verify on-the-go
- Qlikcreate or modify applications, create or publish new sheets, update or change data, access My work or verify at desktop
- Access to the Qlik GeoAnalytics Base, Qlik Web Connectors and Qlik DataMarket Essentials
- At least one Professional Users license is required to purchase an Analyzer User
- Access to one testing and development site for the subscription period
Analyzer Capacity User Subscription
Analyzer Capacity provides the same functionality as Analyzer User, but usage is measured by time. Time is measured in steps of 6 minutes only when there has been activity. Analyzer Capacity is purchased per year in packages of 1000 minutes per subscription. The number of packages purchased defines the monthly usage charge and is reset monthly.
