Qlik Management
Victa provides management for QlikView and Qlik Sense environments. We make sure that your Qlik environment continues to work optimally and that the maximum value from your Qlik environment is achieved. No more worries about server management, installations and updates, performance monitoring and general management of Qlik dashboards. Unburden your own IT department and outsource management entirely to Victa, we have the experience to get the optimal result from your environment. Management contracts can be concluded on all environments (on-premise, private cloud or public cloud) whether or not provided by Victa.
You will receive a so-called Qlik Service Level Agreement (QSLA) with which we provide you with:
- Management of your Qlik surroundings;
- Installation and support new Qlik release;
- To resolve Qlikincidents according to SLA;
- Support on Qlik dashboard.
Victa distinguishes three SLAs: Standard, Advanced and Premium. The level of the service to be provided is determined by the choice of the SLA package. The differences between these packages are described below.
