Installation
Our technical consultants are specialized in installing and configuring the necessary Qlik applications. The installations are carried out in a structured way, which simplifies the management of the applications. The applications that are frequently installed are Qlik sense, QlikView, Qlik NPrinting, Qlik geo analytics, Qlik web connectors, Qlik Associative Big Data Index, Qlik Catalyst, but also 3rd party solutions such as TimeXtender, Alteryx, NodeGraph, and Sense Excel. Of course, our consultants can support you with any installation and provide advice on integration, software versions and general best practices.
Requirements Engineering
Our consultants are trained in determining the right business requirements. In collaboration with the organization, wishes and requirements are discussed and recorded. We usually do this in a Business Intelligence Implementation Plan (BIP) or Customer Success Plan (CSP). As a result, the expectations of the organization are also fulfilled. The business intelligence environment therefore perfectly matches your organization, creating a data-driven organization. We also measure the results and test them against the plan in order to be able to make timely adjustments or advise on new directions. The aim is to realize a continuous improvement process tailored to the current requirements and wishes of your organization.
Data modeling
Our consultants process all your available business data in a clear data model using an ETL (Extract Transformation and Load) process. First of all, we ensure that the available data ends up in one place. Subsequently, the data is transformed, after which a clear data model is created. The advantage is that our implementation consultants are specialized in creating associative data models. The associative data model is a unique and patented technology from Qlik. This makes it possible for the organization to combine all available data from different business units and data sources and to create insights from all possible angles. A result of a good associative model is that insights can be obtained that were not initially requested, but which emerge spontaneously.
Visualize
Victa's consultants are specialized in visualizing data. We ensure that the visualisations match the organization. In addition, we ensure that the organization will also use the visualisations in the manner determined in advance. The visualisations are of added value for the entire organization. In short, on a strategic, tactical and operational level.
Safeguarding in the organization
Victa can also support you in securing business intelligence within your organization. Simply putting down dashboards, analysis sheets and reports is often not enough. Victa has proven experience in setting up a BI Shared Service Center (BISSC) or a BI Competence Center (BICC), also known as a BI Center of Excellence (BICoE). In this way, business intelligence is permanently secured in your organization and it receives the attention it deserves.
Management
Our service desk can fully support the management of your business intelligence environment. We offer support in both the management of the installed applications and the servers that we host or manage for you. The service desk is open on working days from 8.30 am to 17.30 pm and can take over the entire management of your Qlik surroundings. The service desk can also be used for reporting incidents and change requests. We work in accordance with fixed SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and can, if desired, also conclude custom SLAs that meet your specific wishes. Our service desk can be reached by phone or email, but an online self-service portal is also available for our customers.
