This release offers new possibilities within Qlik Sense that customers have been waiting for! Among other things, the long-awaited Machine Learning is introduced. In addition, there are new advanced editing capabilities for application and dashboard functionality to support comparative analysis and guided analytics. Furthermore, the visualizations and map functions have been improved.
QlikCognitive Machine Learning is groundbreaking! Cognitive Machine Learning provides the ability to create precedent-based learning curves from multiple data sources that leverage information from user interactions, artifacts, and structured business processes, all powered by the cognitive engine. This provides users with relevant, contextual and 'smarter' insights and suggestions. To further enrich these insights, there are various customization options and additional data sources are also linked.
In addition to Cognitive Machine Learning, the Insight Advisor has been enhanced with minor editing capabilities that allow users to modify suggested visualizations. This not only allows users to get faster and smarter insights, it also offers more flexibility and control.
Advanced Authoring stays ahead Qlik a hot item, to ensure that the most requested functions around self-service analytics, complex dashboarding and the use of Qlik sense. This November release includes the ability to perform comparative analysis with alternate states that allow users to define sets of information to compare side by side in two or more visualizations.
Finally introduces Qlik the bundling of extensions! The new Dashboard bundle includes the 6 most popular extensions on Qlik Branch, immediately fully functional and supported by Qlik!
