Seeing is believing

This is done by using 'customer-own' data and delivering a working model based on a number of selected KPIs within 2-3 days. After these 4 weeks, an evaluation meeting is scheduled. During this meeting it is decided to continue with the implementation (the SIB is in fact already a mini roll out, and can therefore be reused) or it is decided to leave it with the SIB. In the latter case, only the consultancy costs will be charged.

What is needed for a SIB?

In fact, Victa needs the underlying data models to be able to realize the KPIs that will emerge in the SIB. This means that we consult with the customer in advance to define the KPIs for the SIB and then make the data accessible.
