How works Qlik for Track-It!
Within the QlikView and Qlik Sense application are a number of tabs made with the parts that you would like to have highlighted within your company. In each of these tabs several parts will be visible, some called;
- Processing times for incidents per type (complaint, malfunction, etc.);
- Number of incidents per status (ready, open, etc.);
- Trend in the number of incidents (possibly also historical per status).
