Qlik for Syntess Atrium

Qlik for Syntess Atrium is a powerful, quick to install business analysis application, configured and optimized for an Atrium environment, without the need for knowledge of the internal structures of the underlying database.

Below is an overview of the different functional areas in which standard management dashboards have been developed.

Staff dashboard

The Personnel dashboard provides a fully dynamic and interactive picture of the current hours within the organization. It provides overviews of direct, indirect, illness and training hours, among other things. From a helicopter view, the model can be descended to the lowest booking level. For example, it can be seen when and on which project hours have been booked.

Financial dashboard

The Financial dashboard provides a fully dynamic and interactive view of the general ledger data. Including overviews of results and balance sheet. The dashboard also offers nice reporting functionalities in the form of various prints (physical / print).

Projects dashboard

The Projects dashboard provides a fully dynamic and interactive overview of current and historical projects, assignment amounts, booked costs and still unprocessed costs.

Pre- / Subsequent Calculation dashboard

The Pre- / Subsequent Calculation dashboard provides a fully dynamic and interactive overview of historically booked projects in order to be able to compare the previously expected costs and turnover with the data realized afterwards.
