Especially for the WFM of Manus, Victa has developed a fully dynamic and interactive management dashboard without the need for knowledge of the internal structures of the underlying database. The dashboard has been developed on the business discovery platform of Qlik.en offers the following functionalities:

• Hour analysis (hour categories, hour types, leave, absenteeism, etc.)
• Hours realization, hours approval and hours planning;
• Budget analysis (hours of realization vs. hours of budget);
• Hours weekly statement per employee per branch per weekday
• Gant chart analysis (intuitive overview of occupation including opening times and breaks)
• Branch analysis (occupation, turnover, customer counter and personnel costs);
• Personnel analysis (name and address, contract information, anniversaries, costs);
• GeoSpatial analysis (distance commuting);
• Weather analysis (historical weather information per branch per day);
• Predictive analysis (causality turnover / run-in with the weather for better planning);

The architecture of the model is set up in such a way that additional analyzes can be added quickly and easily. Additional data sources can also be added quickly and easily to this dashboard (eg Finall, Profashionall, Navision). Data is read directly with web APIs supported by MANUS +.
