The Qlik Exact Online Connector is part of CData ODBC Drivers. These connectors allow users to easily read and edit application, database and web API data. This connector is suitable for both Qlik Sense like QlikView, but can also be used for other tools, such as our data warehouse solution TimeXtender and other BI tools, such as PowerBI In Excel.

Overview

The CData ODBC Driver for Exact Online 2017 is a standard ODBC driver with editions for Windows and Unix-based operating systems, such as Mac OS X and Linux. The CData ODBC Driver for Exact Online 2017 connects to the REST API.

The CData ODBC Driver for Exact Online allows you to access data from Exact Online through the standard ODBC interfaces. The driver summarizes the underlying data source in tables, views, and stored procedures that can be used to both retrieve and update data. An important characteristic of the driver is the ability to cache data locally. Allows the driver to be used in an offline mode when access to the data source is not possible. It also allows for complex SQL queries that are otherwise not supported by the underlying data source. For more information about this feature, see the Caching Information section.
