Qlik box connector

With the Qlik Box Connector, you can access data stored in files in your Box account. You can select that data and enter your Qlik Sense app or QlikLoad View Document.

Ways to Access Your Information

To access your personal OneDrive account, you must verify the connector with your OneDrive account credentials.

Load data from tables

After you verify the connector with your account credentials, you can use the following tables to select and load data:

• ListFilesAndFolders - Returns a list of files and folders within a specific folder and to a specific depth.
• BrochureInfo - Returns the metadata for a specific folder.
• Partnerships - Returns the collaboration details for a specific folder.
• FileInfo - Returns the metadata for a specific file.
• FileTasks - Returns a list of tasks defined for a specific file.
• GetRawFileAsText - Returns a file as text.
• GetRawFileAsBinary - Returns a file as a binary file.
• Download file - Downloads a file to a local path.
• UserEvents - Returns the events, such as downloads or uploads, for the authorized user.
• Search - Returns a list of files and folders based on a search string and file extension.
• Garbage can - Returns a list of files and folders that have been moved to the trash.
• custom request - Returns a table as XML based on a custom request URL.
• FileVersions - Returns the metadata about previous file versions. This table only works for Box Enterprise accounts.
• Enterprise Events - Returns a list of Enterprise events. This table only works for Box Enterprise accounts.
• User - Returns a list of all users. This table only works for Box Enterprise accounts.
• Groups - Returns a list of all groups. This table only works for Box Enterprise accounts.
