Corporate culture

JIS consciously works on its corporate culture. We have a number of statements that reflect our culture:

Integrity:
JIS has a reputation for integrity. A deal is a deal, even if it doesn't work out well. That is one of the reasons why we do long-term business with our customers.

Put yourself in the customer:
One of our strongest points is that we always put ourselves in the shoes of our client. We want to know what your motives are. This includes questions such as: Why do you want that? Can it be done differently, better for you? Is it really necessary? If we are well aware of something, it is that we are there for the client, not the other way around.

Working and sharing together:
As your contractor, we would like to be your partner and together ensure that your business objectives are achieved. No one excepted, everyone has his or her own contribution to this whole. This working method is a profitable business for both you and us.
