Victa Data Collector

Victa Data Collector (VDC) is a data pipeline management solution that completely unburdens you and makes difficult API coding superfluous. VDC retrieves data from your (SaaS) application and makes it accessible for further processing and directly available in analytics solutions such as Power BI and Qlik Sense.

All data that the VDC retrieves is first stored centrally in, for example, SQL, noSQL, Snowflake or as plain text. VDC then sends the data to an analytics environment or other BI solutions, such as a data management or data science environment. By working with a staging layer, VDC prevents you from calling APIs from various SaaS solutions unnecessarily and you save extra costs. By first storing and validating data centrally, you ensure that everyone works with the same data. Another big advantage of this central intermediate storage is that you have the possibility to load data incrementally. This allows you to only retrieve new records instead of constantly refreshing all data.

Because VDC stores your data centrally, you also have a backup of all your SaaS data. Something that is unique since SaaS environments are typified by the fact that the data is yours, but only during your subscription. With an extra backup in VDC you have access to your data.
